Pan-African Executive Director of Reconciliation Ministries and Eastern African Regional Coordinator for African Evangelistic Enterprise from 1995-2011 based in Nairobi, Kenya where he managed the Organization. Networking with other organizations with same interests, Mobilization, Conducting workshops on Reconciliation, Mediation, Negotiation, Facilitation for Dialogue, as well as coordinating the Regional office in Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Tanzania by overseeing and managing the Regional Office staff and operations, fundraising for all the ministry activities and representing the Region in all Organizational Partnership Meetings.
He has received a doctorate from African International University focused on leadership for Change and Reconciliation in Africa and a master’s degree from Regent College in Vancouver, BC focused on Reconciliation Program in Mozambique and Ethiopia and missional impact of dealing with people with addiction.
Emmanuel has been friends with Pastor Bryan and Caroline Burton since the early 1990s when they first met in New Jersey.
